Last week I ventured into the Big Apple for the second time! I loved every moment despite the bitter cold weather. A big city means a lot of walking - apparently the average New Yorker walks about 4 miles a day - I have no doubt we kept up with the locals (especially when trekking it all the way to Brooklyn and back!). • My year in review

I find writing very hard, I've already re-written this paragraph at least four times. So I've decided to set up a personal blog with an aim of improving my writing. With the new year just starting, it seemed like a good idea to start on the 1st. So here goes! My first post will take a brief look back at 2012, future posts won't be so self-centered, promise!
